Reporting a wrong price or a bad listing

This is the most useful thing you can email us about. Our listings are assembled automatically from published supermarket specials, and automated collection makes mistakes — a price parsed wrongly, a product filed under the wrong category, a broken image, a link that goes to the wrong page.

Please include the link to the page on our site, and if you can, what the correct information should be. We fix confirmed errors as soon as we see them.

Corrections to a guide

If something in one of our guides is out of date or wrong, tell us. Supermarket practice changes, and we would rather correct an article than leave a misleading claim standing.

Privacy requests

To ask what information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete something, email the address above with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and what rights you have. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

Copyright and takedown

If you own rights in an image or text that appears on this site and you want it removed, email us with the specific URL and a description of the material. We act on legitimate requests promptly — see clause 5 of our terms of use.

Advertising and business enquiries

Advertising on the site is handled through third-party ad networks rather than direct sales. If you have a different kind of business enquiry, email us and describe it plainly — we read everything, but we do not respond to unsolicited link-building, guest post or SEO offers.

What we can't help with

• Orders, refunds and deliveries. We do not sell anything. If your issue is with a purchase, contact Coles or Woolworths directly — they are the seller, not us.
• Honouring a price. We publish what the retailer published; we cannot make a store sell you something at a price it has since changed. Our disclaimer covers this.
• Stock levels. We have no visibility of what is on the shelf in your local store.
